Lovely Cottage In Pretty Village Nr Rutland Water

Gable Cottage is in the picturesque village of Braunston-in-Rutland. A unique two bedroom cottage annexe, with bath and shower. Dining room with kitchenette (air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle), and cute gallery sitting area overlooking it. Breakfast welcome pack included, we make our own bread! Located in the Leicestershire countryside, this peaceful location is the perfect spot for walkers (on the Leicestershire Round), cyclists and those simply wanting to get away. The annex is separated from the main house by the utility area/entrance, handy for storing muddy boots and coats. There are basic cooking facilities (microwave but no cooker), however complimentary breakfast items are included. The nearest pub serving food is only a mile away and there are many more to choose from!

It may be a hut but step through the French doors and the sheer style will blow you away: a rolltop copper bath…it’s all very special. The ultimate thing to do here is throw open the double doors, pop a bottle of fizz and climb into the bath tub or fire up the hot tub for an alfresco soak and star gaze around the fire fit.

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
