Welcome to the Whitsundays, my name is Melanie and I will be your host. Our family home is tucked away in the backdrop of national parks. With the Whitsundays on our door step you are a short day trip to the Islands, Great Barrier Reef and Whitehaven Beach. The Whitsundays offers a great diversity of attractions, activities and experiences with the stunning backdrop of the Great Barrier Reef and 74 island wonders. You will find plenty to do when on holidays here from Bush walks to snorkel trips.

Make your Whitsunday stay that little bit more special - guests rave about their stays in this award-winning heritage cottage on a Land for Wildlife retreat with peace and privacy just minutes from Airlie Beach. Thoughtfully equipped, you'll find everything you need from tons of towels and organic toiletries to a well equipped kitchen plus deck BBQ, TV and movie library, to your calm bedroom with queen size bed. There are 30 steps from road level with clear view from pool.

Birds, breezes, treed valleys, rock gardens and wildlife. Suite situated at northern end of home, some daily sounds may be heard. Respecting your privacy.

With your own no fuss cooking facilities and private entrance you will enjoy absolute privacy.

We live in a holiday complex, with a great pool, barbecue area,guest toilets and showers. We are 80 meters to the bus stop and 100 meters to the boardwalk that will take you into Airlie Beach. (45min easy walk) Coles and bottleshops are 10 minutes walk and the local gym is across the road, a laundry mat is only 100 meters away. If you are going on an overnight boat trip , your excess luggage can be left. If available I will drop you to yr boat. I do not charge a cleaning fee.

This unit is nestled right in the heart of Airlie Beach, a five minute walk to the township where you will find it's restaurants, boutiques and markets. Airlie Beach is also the launch pad for activities around the Whitsunday coast on and off the water as well as around our famous Great Barrier Reef including the magnificent islands.
