So close to the beach and good food! We had the most perfect stay and will definitely be back. Perfect for an extended stay as the kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for cooking.

Beautiful weekend thanks to Kris and bob ! As soon as we pulled in Kris met with me and my family . She was so nice and she went out of her way to give my son a brand new learning bear :) I would definitely recommend this place ! I definitely want to book again ! Jasmines place is a gem! In a very peaceful area, beautiful view to walk out to every morning. The outside deck was a huge plus, very cozy. She not only gave us good food recommendations but was very flexible with our check out time. Would recommend to anyone!

This is such a fantastic location! You can see the bay from the patio & so close to the beach!! We walked or Ubered everywhere… which was cheap 🙂 Lots of natural light with all the windows & the temp inside was perfect with the fans provided. Love the live plants inside too 🪴 .. so homey, comfy & clean. We had such a great time 🌊☀️🏖️

This lovely property is directly on the beach and strand. We watched dolphins offshore from the patio door. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and beds were beachy and comfortable. The beach was beautiful for walking and swimming.

Kevin's place was quiet and peaceful . It's a little smaller than I thought, but it was clear that Kevin put a lot of care into keeping the place clean and comfortable.

Gorgeous location with well maintained landscaping. Abundance of wildlife and it was a treat to listen to the birds every morning. The apartment is very functional, well maintained with nice finishing touches. If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. Rosaura is also a very gracious and helpful host. I highly recommend the place!

We had a great stay for a trip that was both business (attending a conference in the convention center part of town) and a few days leisure. The apartment is hidden away from the main street and surrounded by other beautiful homes. You are close to the airport, so you will hear aircraft from time to time, but this is SD, you hear fighter jets too! It is part of the fabric of the city! Being walkable to the tram/train network meant we could commute to the conference and not have to pay for parking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive to old town.

this spot was perfect for my family and i. dave greeted us immediately upon pulling in, showed us around and brought us down some beers to welcome us. they also had snacks for us to enjoy and supplied us with absolutely everything we needed for our time spent there to include tea and coffee. the outside of the property is gorgeous with it’s foliage and the amazing view. would stay here again!

Such a lovely and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, we cooked several meals. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. About 30 mins to san diego downtown and airport. Similar price to a hotel room and 4x the space. The shower is grand! Hosts were lovely. Thank you John and Laura.

Decided to take a small winter getaway in San Diego and this place was absolutely perfect for it. It was in a wonderful walkable and quiet neighborhood with lots to do around. Lovely and comfortable space with everything that you need. It was exactly what we needed! I can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Sierra’s place was cozy and perfect for our girls’ trip! As avid walkers, we loved the location—it was about a 15–20 minute walk to the Pacific Beach oceanfront. The space was thoughtfully designed to fit full-size appliances and furniture without feeling cluttered. The bathroom was very clean and cute, though on the smaller side. The bedroom had a huge TV, and the king bed was super comfy. My two friends who slept in the converted living room mentioned it felt more like a spacious couch than a traditional bed, but they were able to get comfortable. One thing to note is that the unit doesn’t have air conditioning, which we didn’t notice in the listing. (As Louisiana girls, we were shocked—lol.) Thankfully, this wasn’t a problem since the temperatures cooled off in the evenings, and the apartment stayed comfortable with the windows open. Overall, this was a great stay, and we’d absolutely recommend it!

What a fantastic place to stay! The location, peaceful and relaxing. The beaches are easy to access and you can walk for miles along the beach if you wish. The local town has everything you need to eat, drink or buy local products. The coaster into San Diego is close by, we took the coaster a few times which is easy to pick up from Encinitas or Solana beach. Parking is free at the station or you can pick up the bus or Uber if you don't want to drive. We also walked the local nature reserve and Annie's canyon. The property is clean, very comfortable and has sufficient facilities. The bed is so comfortable and it's so quiet in the apartment. The pool and jacuzzi are brilliant facilities, it was so nice to come back after a long day to relax around the pool, swim, and unwind in the jacuzzi. The hosts, Dave and Sharon are the best hosts, they were flexible with our check in/out and have been available throughout our stay, they provide top tips for the local area.

My stay at Cy’s place was great! I was attending a wedding in La Jolla so the location was perfect. Just off a busy road with tons of good restaurants and stores. Very easy to find and the street in front has a great peek at the beach waves just a short walk down. Cy is very friendly and greeted us as soon as we arrived and had a cute letter on the counter w/ detailed instructions and great suggestions nearby. It’s a cozy 1 bedroom with a pullout sofa so myself, my daughter and friend all stayed comfortably. There was plenty of kitchen supplies and tons of towels. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing with great water pressure. There is an apartment above and a courtyard in front, so you can hear a fair amount of noise at times, but nothing too bad. There is on street parking, I always found a spot but it could be a block or so down. Overall everything was great and I’d highly recommend to anyone staying in La Jolla or wanting to be within walking to the beach!

As shown, Rick's condo is a nice unit within the Spanish-styled Omni La Costa resort. Very convenient location and great value!

Great location. Great amenities. If you are bringing your young ones to the zoo, SeaWorld and the safari park. Great place to stay.

Adam was an absolute lifesaver. After being left stranded by another host, I sent a last-minute request and he responded right away with kindness and professionalism. The home was immaculate, with so many thoughtful and charming touches that made me feel right at home. The space was quiet, the water pressure and temperature were perfect, and everything was just as described. There was a minor issue with a guest accidentally taking my parking spot, but Adam resolved it immediately—he was truly on top of everything. This stay turned what could’ve been a stressful night into a peaceful and welcoming experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend booking with Adam !

I just stayed at Ricardo’s house for my 35th birthday. This was one of the best, kindest, responsive hosts I have ever had the pleasure of communicating with. The house is amazing. The bathroom is giant and has a jet spa tub inside the shower. The outdoor area is incredible and feels like you are in an oasis. There were plenty of random items provided. Utensils, plates and misc spices for cooking. I didn’t get a chance to use the BBQ but the outside kitchen is amazing and incredibly well stocked and can host any event you might have. Oh yeah washer dryer for your own use is extremely convenient. I am moving from San Diego to LA so this was a life saver too. I added a last minute guest to stay with me and Ricardo had no problems which made my stay even more epic. Thanks again Ricardo and I will be back to rent from you when I am traveling on business to San Diego. Last word to anyone thinking about booking is to not hesitate and enjoy this amazing place because I sure did!!

I booked this apartment for a birthday trip celebration. The overall experience was fantastic! From the booking process to check in and check out all was very simple and smooth. The hosts are very communicative and helpful. They gave me a few dinner suggestions and Bali Hai ended up being a great selection. The home was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. They had a kitchen to accompany for making meals. A nice bathroom with towels for all your needs. A very comfortable bed with a nice size tv to enjoy. The best part was the hot tub with the provided towels! Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
