We had a wonderful stay in this flat right in the heart of Niš. Located on the top floor, it offers an incredible view of the city. The apartment is modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. It can be a bit noisy at night, but it didn’t bother us much. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy city life!

Владелец квартиры Nemanja - очень внимательный, активный, профессионально и по-человечески сопровождает весь процесс! квартира расположена в самом центре городка,в пешей доступности от Терм , источников и главного променада города и одновременно находится на холме, что даёт приватность! Вид на горы с балкона завораживает! Квартира современная,свежая и уютная одновременно! Не хочется уезжать! Большое спасибо!

Very large and clean appartment with an incredible view of the city. It's pretty close to the city centre as well. Dugagjin is a very helpful host, very responsive and his English is good too.

Jovan is an excellent host! The place is so peaceful and the sun hits the balcony in the morning with nothing but trees in sight. I really enjoyed my time here and this will be the first place I try to book when I return. I felt very safe and he was very responsive. The shops and bus stops are within 100 meters. Thank yoi

Schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist der Hammer, zentraler geht es vermutlich kaum, dennoch liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Kaffees sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung. Zudem ist ein Supermarkt sowie DM ebenfalls nur 2-3 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

I warmly recommend this accommodation for your visit to Nis. Vladan is a welcoming and available host. His accommodation is really very well located close to the center, everything is nearby within a few minutes of walking which is pleasant. I really enjoyed it specially during the Nisville festival 💃🏾✨️ The interior of the accommodation is very clean and everything you need is present. I really appreciated the good bedding which allowed me to recover well during my trip. I recommend 100% & will come back in the futur. Hvala Vladan 🙏🌟

Stan se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, u samom centru, ispred reke, na par minuta peške od glavnog trga. Lako se stiže sa auto puta. Sve što stoji u opisu je tako. Toplo je, kreveti su jako udobni. Sa terase se pruža divan pogled na kej i na reku Nišavu. Veoma je mirno, iako je u strogom centru grada. Magdalena je odgovarala brzo na svaku poruku i bila veoma ljubazna. Iz garaže možete liftom do samog stana, bez ijednog stepenika, što je nama sa detetom veoma značilo. I naš pas je lepo dočekan, sa činijama i igračkom. Hvala na svemu. Rado bismo odseli ovde ponovo ukoliko opet posetimo Niš.

Albion s manželkou jsou opravdu skvělí lidé, na které se můžete spolehnout. Kdykoliv jsme potřebovali, tak nám ochotně pomohli. Ubytování bylo čisté a velmi příjemné, stejně jako na fotkách. Lokalita je dál od centra, nicméně pokud máte půjčené auto, tak by to pro vás neměl být problém. Na druhou stranu je to klidná lokalita, a tak se v noci vyspíte. Děkujeme, že jsme náš čas mohli strávit právě u vás. ❤️

We stayed five nights at Ivana's place and we loved it! Both of us work remotely, so the close proximity to the ski lift and ski rental was very convenient. We really appreciated having access to the spa and a cozy pub serving delicious local food, with exceptionally friendly staff. Although the area around is still being built, the apartment and spa exceeded our expectations and looked even better than the pictures. The spa is spacious, with large pool and breathtaking views of the snow-covered forest. We couldn’t get enough of the stunning views of the snowy forest, both from our apartment and the spa pool. Additionally, Jovan was our point of contact and he was extremely professional and responsive and has made sure we had everything we needed. Highly suggested this place, and we´ll definitely be back.

Fantastican smestaj,moderan,komforan,predivan pogled sa prelepom terasom,opremljen sa svim sto je potrebno za udoban odmor,topli pod med osvojio,inace je toplo u citavom stanu.Djordje je uvek pristupacan,ljubazan,nasmejan,duhovit,i uputio nas je u sve sto nas je interesovalo.U blizini smestaja je i pumpa i radnje i promenada i kupalistr,ma sve sto cpvek moze pozeleti.Dobili smo i rezervne peskire ,automat sa kafom je dostupan svima u hodniku,posluzaovnik pun voca,apartman takodje,tako da domacin nije stedeo na nicemu i pruzio nam je pravi ugodjaj.Velika preporuka za apartmane Tea i naseg domacina Djordja
