Great hosts, great place, great location! My recomendation.

The apartment is near by Technological Science Park and to Promenada shopping center.

It was excellent. Dragan is super friendly and helpful. The apartment is cozy and fully equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and has many shops and cafes. Also there is a big shopping mall and a nice park nearby.

A great stay in Novi Sad! Our second stay at Dragana's place. Very clean and has everything you need. Excellent internet - no issues. We stayed about 7 weeks this time and it was great. Love the area - about a 40 minute walk from downtown Novi Sad but there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, veg shops nearby. Lots of families living here, so it is nice and safe and friendly. Communication with Dragana is always a pleasure - she is very responsive and helpful. Will stay again!

The host responded quickly whenever I have a problem and the unit has everything I needed.

Verica was a fantastic host and the apartment was perfect for what I needed. It is quite far from the centre but taxi's are cheap.

Nevena and Dunja are the friendliest and most hospitable hosts I’ve ever met. The apartment is conveniently located near the center of Novi Sad, yet it’s very quiet, and the view of the church is truly impressive. We stayed there for a whole month and never felt like we were missing anything – the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for everyday life. Once, we had an issue with the lights, but the hosts resolved it almost immediately. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay!

Die Wohnung ist super schön und sauber. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele coole Sachen zu unternehmen und leckere Restaurants.

Nice place, I think its spacier than it is shown on photos. I cant say it is new, but its pretty good. I didnt have problems with wifi or anything else. As I was in winter, it was warm on rooms with batteries. In my experience I got renovation from the upstair neighbors, which I cant blame host on. Cant remember anything else that might be cons of apartments, so I decided to give it 5 stars

Komunikacija odlicna, lokacija stana je super , nova zgrada , sve cisto i uredno. Miran kraj… samo je pegla falila ali je isti dan kupila i donela. Jedina zamerka koje imam sto su crkle baterije u daljenskom za tv 🤣 Sve u svemu veoma prijatno iskustvo u Martinom stanu! Sledeci put kad posetimo NS sigurno cemo odsedati ponovo ovde

호스트가 정말 친절하게 안내해주어서 어려움 없이 숙소에서 쉴 수 있었습니다. 주변 맛집과 명소를 추천해주어서 편하게 여행할 수 있었습니다. 숙소의 위치는 노비사드의 중심에 위치하여서 여행하기 아주 좋습니다. 숙소 내부는 사진과 동일하며 아늑하고 주방 용품이 아주 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 노비사드를 방문한다면 다시 한번 머물고 싶은 숙소 입니다.

This place was perfect for a 3 day trip to Novi Sad - it’s small but it’s also clean, the kitchen is fantastic and has everything you would need for a longer stay. The location is very close to all the sites and restaurants. The host was also very responsive and I’d definitely come back. The balcony is also really nice.

Radmila was an amazing host! Very helpful and responsive, she made me feel very welcome and right at home from the beginning, I could not recommend her and her place more! I will definitely come back if I have the chance to!

Dusan was a very helpful host and was able to give clear and very good local recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described and advertised at a great price. Dusan was very responsive and friendly, and overall the hospitality shown was great. I enjoyed a great stay in Serbia and highly recommend staying at Dusan’s property in Novi Sad.

Awesome modern and clean apartments and a very kind host. Perfect location - grocery stores are 2-3 mins away walking, as well as a few nice restaurants. A quite street and close to the old city center. Jakuzzi in the apartments is great. It's very big, modern, with soft materials for head. The only caveat is that we had to boil a few batches of water in the pots to fill it up, because just water from water boiler isn't enough 😅 otherwise everything's great!

Great place and great hosting

Great location at the base of Petrovaradin Fortress and by the Danube, with Novi Sad centre just a 15-20 minute walk away. Ivana was friendly and helpful in getting us settled.
