A stunning location literally across the road from Palm Beach. Well equipped and thoughtful touches with lush gardens and Lyndal was an excellent host. We so appreciated the early check in and extended check out so we could enjoy the sunny day. Would highly recommend and hope we can come back.

Lynne is truly the best host we’ve ever had. She welcomed us with a big smile, warmth, and kindness that instantly made us feel at home. The place is absolutely lovely, with breathtaking views, excellent bedding, and beautiful furniture. Everything was thoughtfully prepared,homemade muffins (they were amazing!), snacks, chocolates, and even asking for our milk and wine preferences! Her hospitality truly went above and beyond. Lynne made sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. We left feeling relaxed and really appreciated the care she put into every detail. Highly recommend—we’d definitely book again. Thanks, Lynne!

Quite a great little place for 2 people for a couple days. I'd recommend this stay just for a short couple days as there is no oven, but that did not affect our stay as we had quite an effective BBQ which made up for it. I would like to come back again in the future. Everything was clean and pristine and up to standard. A lovely thank you to our hosts.🙂

Excellent Airbnb. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Rozelle was very helpful and let us check in early - we were very grateful. Nice touches with fruit yoghurt and cereal left for us. Would recommend.

Had a lovely stay here and the views are amazing as you have the choice of making dinner on the barbecue, and enjoy the restful and peaceful surroundings and el fresco dining:-) Easy to stroll down and walk along the beach also.

The place was very clean and tidy. Perfect location and view was incredible. The bedrooms were spacious. The facilities are very modern and well maintained.

Our stay at Lynley’s place was absolutely incredible. The entire space was absolutely spotless and well stocked for a comfortable stay. We were able to make ourselves comfortable while on our travels with the beautiful outdoor space, spacious kitchen and living spaces. Sitting in the backyard you feel at peace in a beautifully decorated and private space. There are also great amenities, clean and functional kitchen and bathroom. There is plenty to go and see in the area and a great local town in Thames for shopping and food so it is a great central location for your travels. The hosts were super friendly and made sure our stay was perfect. We cannot recommend Lynley’s place enough, it is a beautiful place which you will find yourself wanting to visit again!

This was the perfect place for us (4 sisters) treating our 90 yr old mum for her birthday. We rented both upstairs and downstairs so plenty of space and very easy for our mum to get around. The beachfront location was amazing. Gabrielle was very accommodating with a couple of requests we had and always prompt in replying. We would not hesitate to rent here again.

What a gem! Absolutely gorgeous spot - there are many things to do in the area and I still had a hard time getting everyone out of the house - All they wanted to do is enjoy the space and the incredible view from the deck with private beach entry 😄 The house is equipped very well with everything you may need in the kitchen and great outdoor living amenities The beds were comfy and fresh flowers around the house were a lovely touch Thank you again for hosting us Ceri/Elaine - will definitely be back and already recommended your place to all my friends

It was a lovely relaxing spot to spend a week in a rural setting with sea views out to the Poor Knights islands. A large property, accessed off a private road so very secluded and peaceful. Handy location half way between Matapouri Bay and Tutukaka, although you do need a car to go anywhere. Kitchen was very well equipped including basic supplies. Access to an indoor swimming pool, ability to charge the EV, and use of the laundry was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and explained the facilities and beach access path. Special touches were a bottle of wine and locally made nut brittle on arrival, and acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary which was during our stay. Annette and Bianca were super helpful and responded promptly to any questions.

This is not just accommodation; it's#a first class experience that inspires & rejuvenates! It was hard to leave!

Fabulous hosts, lovely accommodation. We stayed for three nights, and all loved it including our puppy. If we didn't have to be back home for things, we would've extended our stay by a couple more nights. I'm sure we will be back again though. Thanks for the lovely stay

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

Pia was a wonderful host, welcoming us in person and making us feel right at home. Her place has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb and it was so convenient to have little things like spices, cling wrap, etc. The apartment was furnished very thoughtfully and there is plenty of room to lounge around and relax. The location could not be better with the beach as your backyard. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!
