Welcome to our newly built, modern 1-bathroom, 2-bedroom open plan home nestled in the heart of Papamoa, Tauranga. Perfectly suits anyone's needs. A family holiday or solo vacation. Being located in a central area close-by to shopping centers, bars, restaurants, Papamoa Beach alongside local Mount Maunganui. It is fully furnished with essential equipment. You'll be greeted with stocked Tea, coffee & milo to make you feel at home. Self check- in. Host will provide front door code. Strong wifi.

You'll have your own area in our spacious home at the end of a quiet cul de sac with off-street parking, a short distance from the beach, shops & restaurants. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary drink. You have your own entry, sunny bedroom (bed has a near new mattress), bathroom (incl bath, candle & bath oils) & dining room with a continental breakfast provided & coffee from a pod machine. A microwave & toaster are available. Checking in outside of 3-5pm is only by prior approval.

‘A Stone’s Throw’ Papamoa Beach Studio, 200m>Beach

Modern Beach Studio with own ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. Door in Studio leads to garage (lockable from your side). If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.

Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

The Pool House (Separate Accommodation to House!)

Welcome to The Pool House. This bright and sunny self contained guest suite is a stand alone structure from the main house. Situated in the sunshine paradise of Central Papamoa, it is close to Papamoa Beach, Mt Maunganui, Bayfair Shopping Centre, Papamoa Plaza, Baypark Stadium and Motorway. It has its own entrance and has its own outdoor shaded area and pool. The pool is for paying guests only. Local eateries such as Pearl Kitchen, Good Home, BlueBiYou and Fresh Choice are close by.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Hidden away for you to enjoy the warmth and sunshine. Relax outside in the morning sun or have an evening wine in the private garden courtyard. Enjoy the luxury bedding in your separate bedroom and the Natural Ecostore products provided. So handy to the Mt & Papamoa Beach, walking distance to Papamoa beach access + award winning cafes & supermarket. Own Suite, own access, we are around if necessary but respect your privacy.

Fitted out with all new items, we haven’t spared any expense to ensure you won’t be disappointed with your stay.

The Shaka Shack in Mount Maunganui Beach -

Come and enjoy the idyllic lifestyle that is Mount Maunganui. The Shaka Shack is a private studio and has all the latest mod cons. It is situated on our property but is an easy laid back and stylish space that you can come and go from at your leisure. We are a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw to Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave, Baypark/ASB Arena, Mount Main Street, Pilot Bay, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Welcome to Home on the Range! Our stylish, modern, but slightly retro little studio, just a few minutes walk to the stunning Papamoa Beach. This is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine on the deck after a busy day taking in all that Tauranga has to offer.
