Welcome to our modern minimalist tiny house located a half mile from Warren Dunes State Park beach and 1.5 miles from all that Sawyer Michigan area has to offer. Tiny is the second dwelling on this property and is technically a mobile tiny house. While we do have electricity and water, much like an RV the drains run to holding tanks. This means VERY LIMITED WATER USE for showers and toilet flushing. It features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and a queen bed in the small loft.

Welcome to Bankson Lake! The water/fishing is great and the wineries are nearby! Try our cozy 5 bed, 3.5 bath home complete with amazing waterfront views and a fire pit down by the water; easily sleeps 13+. There’s a newly added bar area in the basement and we're only 2 hours from Chicago. There's a row boat, 2 kayaks, and paddle board available. Located in Westnedge Hill right on the edge of downtown. Just 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown Kalamazoo. It's a 1926 Colonial with a rich history. Well taken care of and very loved. The house has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a 3rd on the main floor. Wood floors throughout. Has a semi private deck off the back for relaxing with a small fenced in back yard under a canopy of trees. Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.

Built in 1885, this house is quite charming. The best breakfast spot and Italian restaurant in town are right across the street :-) A bakery/coffee shop, yoga studio, laundromat, bodega and salon are all less than a minutes' walk away. New queen beds and linens await. Enjoy meals in the breakfast nook, or drinks on the front porch swing. TV is equipped with Roku. Here, cleanliness is guaranteed and the shower is always hot!
