Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

This charming holiday apartment accommodates up to 4 people and is centrally located yet in a quiet area. The village square is just a 5-minute walk away. The accommodation features a large bed and a sofa bed, making it ideal for couples, friends, or families with two children. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a modern bathroom, a washing machine, a TV, and more. Relax on the balcony or enjoy the spacious terrace.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

The small, east-facing balcony with a panoramic view invites you to enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. The kitchen and bathroom have all the necessary appliances, in the sofa corner there is a TV with antenna and satellite connection and Netflix. A garage and a parking space complete the offer.
