We had a nice time at Lalin’s. The apartment is a bit small but big enough for me and my husband. The location is perfect; a lot of restaurants nearby, enough tuk-tuks if you want to get a bit further and a mini market downstairs. I would recommend and definitely visit again!

It's an open, light-filled loft that feels spacious and airy, located in a large residential complex by the riverside - far enough from the center to let you choose between peace and excitement. The nearby pier has a bar, a restaurant, and a spot where people come to sing in the evenings, which is perfect when you don't feel like going too far out. Juan welcomes you warmly and is happy to recommend things to do nearby.

I recently stayed at Juan’s apartment and had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a short or long-term stay. The view from the unit was stunning and the building itself offered great amenities like a gym, pool, and 24/7 security. The location is central and convenient, close to cafes, shopping malls, pharmacy store and many street food. Juan were professional and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. Overall, a great place to stay in the city—I’d definitely recommend it to others.

SovannOn is an absolute sweetheart—she’s respectful, responsive, and will do anything to make your trip amazing. The location is quiet, relaxing, and incredibly safe—you’ll feel like the President with security at every corner. A highlight is the fancy restaurant on the river that’s part of the residency. The views while dining are breathtaking, and showing your room card gets you a discount! If you have kids, there’s even a small separate room for little ones to sleep nearby—a thoughtful perk for families. We loved the place. Outside the city center with a stunning view to the skyline and Mekong. Spent the mornings at the pool. Easy to get a tuktuk. Good beds. Loved it!

The place was just as the pictures! It was clean and comfortable to stay. There’s a nice river view too. I was able to find a lot of nice places that was in walkable distance, such as food, massage etc. It was a happening area as well, especially because it was the Cambodia new year during my stay, there were a lot of people celebrating nearby, it was a fun experience for me! Other than that, Tharo was an amazing host, accommodating me the best he could! Always responsive and helpful :) Overall, I think this is a good location in Phnom Penh, close to everywhere you would like to visit in Phnom Penh. Highly recommended!

The apartment is absolutely as beautiful as photos on the pages. It was our first time to made a living reservation on Airbnb as well. I won’t forget how beautiful the night view from the room, how romantic the swimming pool is and such wonderful experience here. Thanks for everything.
