Είναι κοντά σε ταβέρνες, φούρνο, μπαρ, μίνι μάρκετ, με άνετο πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο και βρίσκεται 5 χιλιόμετρα μόλις από το λιμάνι του Ευδήλου. Το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο και διαθέτει μεγάλο σαλόνι με καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι, μεγάλη κρεβατοκάμαρα, καθώς και σοφίτα με διπλά κρεβάτια. Επίσης, το σπίτι διαθέτει ευρύχωρη αυλή και μπαλκόνι με θέα στο Ικάριο πέλαγος για υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες και παρέες.

Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ,φαρμακείο,καφετέρια με ποικιλία προϊόντων και νόστιμα πρωινά.Επίσης βενζινάδικο και ιατρικό κέντρο.Το χωριό απέχει μόλις 1χλμ απο το Β.λιμάνι του νησιού,τον γραφικό Εύδηλο Ικαρίας όπου εκεί θα απολαύσετε,καφέ, φαγητό και οτι άλλο εσείς επιθυμείτε.
