Charming U of A Area Cottage

Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

If you have a motorcycle, we have a concrete driveway, so no gravel parking. Also many wineries nearby. Some people are aware that across the border in Naco, Mexico there are some excellent dentists. Studio Cabin: Glamping with Mountain Views

3:10 to Dragoon studio cabin is only 1 hr east of Tucson and 3 miles off the I-10 in the tiny town of Dragoon. Our property borders trust land w/unobstructed mountain views. We are near the Willcox Wine Trail, Cochise Stronghold, and Chiricahua Nat'l Monument. The cozy cabin is equipped with an outdoor hot shower, cassette toilet, heat/ac, kitchenette and double bed. This is glamping at its finest in Cochise country! (At 4600' elevation, we are 10-15 degrees cooler than Tucson or Phoenix!)

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. This is a cute guest house in the heart of Cochise county. We are near Tombstone, Bisbee, Sierra Vista, Benson and Kartchner caverns. The house is neat and clean. It contains all of the amenities needed for your enjoyment. Saint David is generally 5 to 10 degrees cooler than Tucson and Phoenix. We have two A/C - Heater units to keep the temperature inside at your comfort level. We now have a laundry room available. Golf clubs available to use at nearby golf courses.

Indian Ridge Casita

The Casita sits up above Sulphur Valley at 4400', much cooler temps, over looking Cochise Stronghold and the Dragoon Mountains. Secluded, and views galore. Chirachua National Monument, Whitewater Preserve, Fort Bowie, Willcox, good food, wineries, old western town. If you have horses, we have accommodations on our other property for them . Only two pets are allowed. Must have approval from host if more are requested. All pets MUST be listed in booking details.
