Efthimia's house is a traditional stone house situated in the old neighborhood of Kavousi village, between the two byzantine churches of Saint George and Twelve Apostles. The history of this house includes a true love story and marriage during the years of the 1 rst World War of my Great-granparents Efthimia and Michalis. About 100 years later my fother and i decided to restore and renovate this traditional house with much love and respect and to offer a real Cretan experience to our guests.

Απέχει 17 χιλιόμετρα από την Ιεράπετρα, 24 χιλιόμετρα από τον Άγιο Νικόλαο και 40 χιλιόμετρα από την Σητεία. Perfectly located in the adjoining field to the village of Myrsini, "Sotir Ali Stone House" is a beautiful stone built farmhouse that is perched among olive groves, overlooking the gulf of Mirabello. It is built on the exact same spot of an older lodging, a "magatze" as we call it here, that served our family during the olive's harvest. The name of the olive groves around the house is Sotirali and may be a corruption of the Turkish name "Sotir Αli".
