Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Modern new Villa Natali with a pool - 6 people

Villa Natali is a newly built holiday home in a quiet village of Kavran. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a total area of 130 m2. The outdoor area includes a 24 m² swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Both bedrooms have access to the first floor terrace. The villa is fully air conditioned, all rooms are covered with wifi signal and there are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

House Oleandar (7 - 9 persons)

House Oleandar is equipped with new and antique furniture, and a unique blend of modern and traditional ways of life. It consists of two residential units (apartments), which will ensure you more intimacy during your stay. A special charm of the house gives a beautiful garden that extends to 1500 m2 ideal for children or pets. In the garden there are olive trees, kažun (one of the symbols of Istria), a summer kitchen, pool and a covered parking.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Villa "Qube n' Qube" with heated pool (extra 30.- per day), 4 ensuite bedrooms, and stylish open-plan living area. Located in peaceful Loborika, just 6 km from Pula and 8 km from the sea. Enjoy a private fenced garden with a terrace, BBQ, and kids’ playground. Fully equipped kitchen, A/C throughout, and smart TVs in every room. Perfect for a relaxing Istrian getaway!

Arena Golden Oldie Studio

Over a hundred years old, Golden Oldie house is situated only one block away from the Amphitheatre. Its interior has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2021. Centrally located, the house is only 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from bars, pubs and restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, green and fish markets and the harbour.  

Seafront Studio, Valdarke Losinj

Under the pines, right on the beach and by the sea walkway (lungo mare). Valdarke area is located halfway between Mali Losinj and Veli Losinj, within walking distance from both towns. Our apartments are cosy, well maintained and perfectly equipped for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This is old stone House is located in a quiet and natural environment. The environment is perfect for walking, hiking , biking and windsurfing .Suitable for children because there is no traffic. Beach is 500 m from the property
