We're open for 2024! Beautiful 23-foot Vintage Cruiser, on Pigeon Lake. Bring your fishing boat! Boat launch next door, temporary trailer storage. Fenced lot, shared with us. Fishing off dock or 1 minute by boat to main lake. Kayak, pedal boat, tinny, life jackets, fire pit. Queen 60"x74" walk-around bed. 2 kid-sized foldouts. WIFI, radio, CD player. DVD players on 2 TVs. Some DVDs and board games available. Equipped kitchen. Small grill available. Municipal water. Shower. Laundry on request.

A cozy spot, nicknamed 'The Snug', has a king size bed, kitchenette, fireplace, a TV and 3 piece bathroom for you to enjoy some time away from the city. Wake up to natural light with a window overlooking a natural pond. The snug, STRICTLY NON-SMOKING, located on our 1.5 acre property, surrounded by trees and flower gardens, next to our log cabin. Wooded trails are accessible at the back of the lot. The large fire pit and gazebo with BBQ and comfy patio furniture. Quiet time after 10 pm.

Cottage #1 - called The Radisson. This renovated, waterfront property on the banks of Balsam Lake. Stephanie & Dave are the new owners of The Saucy Willow Inn! It is a family operated property which is situated less than 1.5 hours from Downtown Toronto and located on the banks of Balsam Lake with 200 feet of pristine water frontage with a beach area, and two boat docks. The space is a perfect vacation spot to get away. In winter we have snowshoes , and an outdoor wood burning sauna.

We are offering a 2-bedroom trailer turned into a guesthouse with all facilities, fully renovated, in the woods with lots of privacy. There's a nice and clean Gull River next to our property with our private access to the water - withing 3 minutes walk - great for swimming, boating and fishing. The guesthouse is close to the main house, but has its privacy and provides lots of comfort for people looking for quiet time in nature and friendly interaction by the evening bonfire.

WATERFRONT PROPERTY….Enjoy stunning sunsets from the basement walkout guest suite. Take in views from the living room, bedroom (queen bed), or large 34 foot long private patio! The backyard leads directly to the lake including a fire pit for your use. Please note that the natural slope of the yard (40 stairs) may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. While the suite doesn't feature a kitchen, Port Perry is only an 8 min drive and offers many culinary options.

Enjoy the lake at this peaceful and centrally located casita (little house). Surrounded by trees and right on the water, this casita is perfect for a romantic weekend get away for two, or with a baby. Located only 20 minutes walking distance from downtown Bobcaygeon, it offers the perfect combination of nature, dining out and shopping. Our casita is new and has a kitchen to prepare small meals. Enjoy our beautiful outside area with a bbq and the day by the lake.
