The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

The Buddy Lodge is a modern home with an Adirondack feel. With three bedrooms and two full baths spread over two floors, the Lodge is ideal for family retreats. Pets are welcome (maximum 2) for a $95 cleaning fee. You'll enjoy the beautiful view of Kayuta Lake through large windows by the fireplace or from the large balcony. Enjoy the BBQ, firepit and walk-out access to a dock and sandy beach for your exclusive use. A great location that will bring you the pleasures of all four seasons.

Easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Enjoy quiet leisure time with beautiful lake views yet minutes away from snowmobiling, snowshoeing, skiing in winter. And all the great summer activities. The home is fully equipped with two king size beds, and one queen fully made for your comfort.
