The apartment was fully renovated in 2025 and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and all basic kitchen equipment. For your convenience, there is also air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a safe. Private free parking is available, as well as a large garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine in the peaceful Karst surroundings.

Designed for comfort and independence, it features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a private wooden terrace for outdoor dining or relaxing. Unlike the rooms in the main villa, Kajža includes a television with Netflix access – ideal for an evening in after a day of exploring the Karst. Guests access the villa’s inner courtyard.
