Už 400m.teka upė Nevėžis, kur galima maudytis, žvejoti. Namelyje yra elektra, dujinė vyryklė, pečius, oro kondicionierius, šaldytuvas. Kompostuojamas tualetas lauke. Vandens namelyje nėra. Jis talpomis gabenamas iš mūsų sodybos.Dušo ir šilto vandens nėra. Yra didelė pavėsinė, supynės, laužavietė.Privažiavimas 200m. lauko keliuku per mūsų kiemą.

Mane rasi pačiame Kauno centre. Čia laukia daugiau nei 80 kv. m erdvė, sukurta 2 ar dagiau asmenų kitokiam patyrimui. Už poros minučių pėsčiomis Laisvės alėja. Automobilį galima nemokamai laikyti privačioje aikštelėje. Kad neturėtum jokių pasiteisinimų - viskas paruošta: ranksluosčiai, chalatai. Renovation was finished in January 2024. First flor super cosy apartment located next to a stunning river in a incredibly well kept and tidy town! There is also some beautiful nature closeby which could make for some lovely evening walks. NEW portable air conditioning to combat hot weather:) Just a short 15 minutes away from the Kaunas airport! There are two big supermarkets 500m away! And also a Lidl 700m away. There are 3 restuarants closeby (1km) which include a Hesburger.

It's a gem and can be called a real off-beaten track in Lithuania, so you'll be able to experience small town life and spend much time outside. Hosts are very likeable and attentive local people. Be aware, we speak very little English, but it was never a case with our foreigner guests as using Translation Apps always help.

'Forest Holiday' Unique cabin next to the lake

There are total three lake front Cabins in our area. Pond Cabin is located 15meters from pond and 50 meters from lake and is surrounded by forest. Cabin comes with all necessary amenities. You can also enjoy charcoal grill, canoe, sound system, water trampoline at no extra costs. You only have to bring wood or charcoal for bbq. Music can be played outdoors until 22pm. We also offer jacuzzi hot tub 100€ and sauna for 120€ Nearest shop is 2km away.
