Our holiday home is situated in Kemijärvi 85 kms/ 53 miles north-east from Rovaniemi. Nice peaceful 71 m2 apartment close to the nature. You can rest hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, picking berries or mushrooms - whatever you like. Kemijärvi is a town of 6000 inhabitants in the middle of two lakes just above the polar circle. Sauna. There are good trails for crosscountry skiing almost from our front door. The distances to the downhill skiing areas: 45 kms to Suomu and 53 kms to Pyhä.

Cozy room with bathroom, kitchenette and French balcony near city center. 140cm wide bed. Bed sheets, towels, and cooking utensils. TV. Microwave, washing machine. In a cellar there’s drying room. Supermarket, bus station, and train station within walking distance. There's a free parking along Karhunkaatajantie. You can also park to the in yard for 3 hours with a parking disc. Siinä on kaksi erillistä sänkyä ja sohva, joka voidaan taittaa kokoon. Siellä on iso lasitettu parveke. Huoneistossa on astiat, hyvin varustettu minikeittiö ja liinavaatteet,pimeät verhot. Huoneisto sijaitsee lähellä kaupungin keskustaa( 2 km) . Oma sisään kirjautuminen.

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
