Take it easy at this unique, tranquil Kenai getaway! This One Room Dog Friendly Cozy Cabin has a Queen loft bunk bed, a private covered porch, blackout shades, small table/2 chairs and mini fridge. This year round heated cabin (no water in cabin) has use of a separate building called Basecamp which has 7 bathrooms, free laundry facilities, a double kitchen, fireplace, seating. Our new property consists of 12 One Room Cabins, 4 two bedroom cabins, Basecamp and an on-site Property Manager.

This location may have some neighbors close by but it offers the seclusion you enjoy when you want to just get away and relax.

Spur, (all 3 are active volcanoes) The Waterfront Cottage has an abundance of wildlife including Moose, Eagles, Beluga whales (seasonal), an occasional Bear and more. This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
