It was exactly what we were looking for. Very quiet with beautiful views. Being able to sit in the hot tub and take in the sunset was incredible. Any questions we had were answered quickly by this very kind host.

The house was quite clean and comfortable. Squeaky clean with well appointed furnishings. Beds, bed linens, sheets, and towels were high quality, which is very important to me and having an overall nice experience. Although the house has a lot of amenities, most of which we did not use due to a hectic weekend schedule, it was nice to have them as options. My husband and his brother appreciated the ping pong table in the garage and thought it was a nice setup out there. I will say that the outward appearance of the house and play set looked tired and definitely need to be refreshed (house needs to be painted and the play set needs to be replaced). I was disappointed by the curb appeal.

Beautiful view, so close to parks and the lake. The home is cute, very clean and the location is perfect. Sue is super responsive and is just the best!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this lake house! From the moment we arrived, everything surpassed our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. Waking up to the view of the lake every morning was absolutely magical. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, providing clear instructions and delightful little touches throughout the home that made us feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely lakeside retreat!

We had a great time at Mikes place! It was all the little things and extras. From the provided waffle mix with toppings, the golf simulator and indoor pool to the ping pong table and infinity game table. It was also very cozy and we all felt close and connected. We were a large group that gets together once a year for skiing. It was the first time we visited Wisconsin and we would definitely come back! Mike was very responsive with any issues that came up.

The house was absolutely adorable and very homey. Extremely impressed on the cleanliness of the home. We had everything we needed and more. The beds are on the firmer side, so keep that in mind. The departing instructions were easy and things we would have done anyway. Definitely would stay again!

Very nice house within a reasonable drive to Milwaukee. Well kept and comfortable!

Great place for our family to hang out and relax. The hot tub was great. Lots of space for everyone. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The large gathering spaces were perfect for our kids to play games and for the adults to hang out.

The space was perfect for our two night stay! Enough room that we didn’t feel like we were right on top of one another, a spacious kitchen that was easy to cook in, and a super comfortable and homey vibe that made it easy to relax. As a bonus, the coffee shop downstairs is incredible. Natalie is not only super responsive but also a joy to interact with!

Great place! Very spacious and nice touches for a simple stay. While no kitchen, the place is outfitted well with a fridge and a water machine that even makes coffee! A life saver for when you have to be up for a marathon early! Great location - no need to drive it’s a quick walk to the downtown Kenosha area.

I stayed during Christmas. Larry put extra cookie sheets in the apt so that we could make & decorate cookies, a tradition with my kids, plus I put up a Christmas tree to! We felt right at home. The laundry machines are in the hallway making it convenient. Overall, I would stay again.

Our family of four stayed for eight nights. Worth every penny. I think it spoiled us from ever going back to a hotel. My daughter was able to do homework in peace. There was a massage chair for my husband who recently pulled his back. The home was spotless and well cared for. The little details were lovely- there was water available in the fridge at no additional cost which was perfect after a long day of running around, there were games for kids and the family to keep anyone from getting bored, and hygiene products if anyone forgot anything. It was also great to be able to sit at a table and eat normally instead of awkwardly sitting on beds at a hotel. We will definitely be returning.

Anna and Doug are fantastic hosts--very friendly and accommodating--and the location is amazing! It's wonderful to wake up to birdsong in the morning and to hear the frogs in the evening, and it's surprisingly close to a bunch of fun stuff to do during the day. :) Thank you both very much for a wonderful stay!

I had an amazing stay at John's property! From the moment I arrived, John was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. The accommodations were even better than the pictures! The lakeside location was stunning, and I loved having access to the kayaks for some fun on the water. The updated bathroom was a nice touch, adding a modern feel to the cozy space. Overall, this was a perfect getaway, and I can’t recommend John's place enough. I can’t wait to come back!
