The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Our peaceful and lovely lakefront ADU apartment is 20 minutes away from SeaTac airport or 30 minutes from Seattle by car. It's the perfect location for your favorite tourist attractions or nature activities, as well as an easy drive to ski resorts. It includes a bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, living room, full kitchen, dining area, laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk, great for remote work. You also have full access to the backyard and dock to enjoy water activities and the fresh air.

Guests have access to gazebo with BBQ and fire place. From tiny house is easy access to public transportation: bus stops is across street and another 500 feet from home. Walking distance to several restaurants, grocery stores, post office, park.

Cozy studio in barn loft with a close-up view to secluded wooded setting. Two large, leather recliners provide a relaxing place to read or nap! This space was repurposed as a guest room in 2019 and includes a bathroom (with a very roomy shower) and a kitchenette (sink, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig, toaster). Two matching twin beds can be made up as a king-sized bed. There is one additional twin (inflatable) bed if needed for a third person.

Our studio is clean, simple, and modern. Designed with you in mind, we want this to be a place where guests can relax and unwind, and get a good nights rest in our beauty-rest Queen mattress with fresh white cotton sheets! We offer both down filled pillows and duvet or polyesters, so let us know your preference when checking in. The sofa bed folds out and can sleep up to 2 more people if needed. 20 minute drive to Seattle or Tacoma, without traffic!
