Recently refurbished by the owners, giving it a contemporary feel in terms of décor and facilities. Welcome to our comfortable refurbished one bedroom ground floor apartment. We have recently undertaken a further upgrade to improve the property, replacing the bathroom, flooring and putting in fire doors. The flat, is not only located in Keswick’s town centre, it has the advantage of private off street parking, with amenities and shops, including the wealth of restaurants and bars a couple of minutes walk away. Entrance is directly into the studio accommodation, consisting of a well fitted kitchen, dining facilities for two, and a comfortable compact sitting/sleeping area. Armchairs give way across the room to a wrought iron double-bed. There is a separate shower room with WC and washbasin.

Belonging to the 17th century Grade II listed High Greenrigg House, it offers all the modern conveniences whilst retaining the character of such an historic building.
