My family and I enjoyed this quiet mountain get away!! Definitely the best choice for the kids first time up in the mountains!! Will for sure return again!!

We absolutely loved our stay on the farm! Our boys (5 and 7) were entertained from sun up to sun down and loved being able to explore the property! They loved hanging with the animals, the zip lines, trampoline, pickleball, and cooling off in the river!

we enjoyed our stay at Blue Haven immensely. It was in the perfect spot for a relaxing stay for us and our fur baby, with a short sprint to Bristol Motor Speedway for the races. Hope to come back soon!

What a great experience we had at On the Rocks. Close to the slopes, great location, very private, beautiful house but an even better host. I’d recommend this stay for anyone. 10/10

This cabin was LITERALLY THE BEST!!!! We LOVED IT! We didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking at this cabin to book, book it, no need to look any further. We went to the Bristol NASCAR race and stayed here, only about 30 minutes from the race. Not a bad drive at all. Everything was SOOOOOO CLEAN , the floor felt so clean, alll the beds were so comfy and clean, and the kitchen was spotless ! The cookware and utensils were so clean, it seriously felt like we were at home. We loved all the wood look to the cabin and all the little details on the inside that the hosts had throughout the cabin. The hot-tub was so nice , the best part was watching tv from the hot tub, it was clean too and didn’t just smell like they poured bleach in to clean it like some hotels you go too. Laundry room and dishwasher on sight. Couldn’t have been more perfect of a stay. 100/100 , they deserve more than 5 starts.

Beautiful surroundings, a creek rushing by and plenty of decks to appreciate it! We wanted for nothing with plenty of linens and a full kitchen. Tread carefully on the rocky, uneven walk to the hot tub, especially if it's wet!

The property is well-kept, clean, comfortable, and provided for a very relaxing weekend! Aaron was prompt and clear in his communication. No complaints!

We loved our winter stay here. Located just minutes away from Beech Mountain (and only a few more to Sugar), this large and spacious home was the perfect retreat for our snow sports vacation. The beds are soft and comfortable, with quality sheets, and the towels were luxurious and smelled so fresh. The weather heater takes no time at all to heat, and the hot tub was the perfect end to each day. Thank you Ryan and Shannon for a seamless stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Husky Hideaway! Our kids and dogs loved playing outside while we relaxed on the porch. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved having their own space in the loft! The home is in a great location that feels private but safe and is just a short trip to so many fun activities and restaurants. This is a great place for a relaxing family retreat.

We were coming in for a weekend hiking at Carvers Gap and the closest hotels were over 60 minutes away from Roan Mountain. This house was less than a 10 minute drive. Thankfully, while there was hurricane Helene damage all around town, the house escaped any damage. The kitchen had coffee pods and half and half… the washer and dryer in unit looked amazing… and we made an awesome fire outside by the river. We also only decided to book this house at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon and Samantha approved it within an hour.

Everything was as described. We were greeted as soon as we arrived, both very helpful and informative about the area and local attractions. We will definitely be back

I couldn't have scheduled better days- we wanted snow, and we got plenty. Scott's home was welcoming and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool table and fireplace; we even fired up the outside pit for s'mores!

Perfect stay!! Slightly tricky at night— look for the driveways! But the house was immaculately spotless, the towels were the gushy soft of expensive hotel dreams and the hot tub was spotless and hot! The wood interior is stunning and the peacefulness was wonderful while being just a quick drive to banner elk or newland. We even saw three wild turkeys in the yard which my three year olds loved! We’ll be back!

This place is very secluded, it’s just as the pictured online. The view from porch is amazing. We definitely recommend this home away from home to everyone.

This was the perfect place to stay on my trip to meet up with my sister. She was camping nearby and I got this cabin. The day before I was asked if I wanted a pack n play because I was bringing my baby and of course I said yes because it would be one less thing to pack. We had a long travel day and when we checked in I saw they set up the pack n play and put sheets on it for me! It was such a nice gesture and I felt it was so sweet. They also put out snacks for us and le croix in the fridge for me - it was like they knew us! The location was beautiful. From the porch we could hear the river, birds chirping, and the occasional train passing. We took their recommendation to go to natural tunnel park which was so fun and the kids loved it! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you guys!

My wife and I stayed for New Year’s week with our four kids and had a wonderful stay. The cabin is beautifully decorated and very comforting. The fire-pit outside by the creek was fantastic as well as the views from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked with the things you would need as well as the Bbq was put to plenty of use. We had a fantastic time and the host was quick to respond with any questions we had.. We highly recommend

Lovely cabin! This cabin is as pictured inside, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. It was VERY clean. Driving up it was not quite what we pictured (seemed more secluded in the pics), but it ended up working out great to be so close to the main road, and it is far enough that there was not much traffic. Kitchen was well-stocked with plates and bowls and pans and silverware and glasses/mugs, we were only wishing there was a larger coffee maker (only enough for 2 mugs at a time with the pot). Love the pool table and the games in the kids room. We initially did not realize that the only way to access the loft area above one bedroom was by pull-down stairs (like an attic), but maybe we missed that in the description. Overall it was a really lovely place, the hot tub was great, and we appreciated the cleanliness and decor. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at Elle’s place was absolutely wonderful! The house is extremely cute, cozy, and well-maintained—exactly what you’d want for a mountain getaway. The location couldn’t be better; it’s just minutes from Beech Mountain Resort, making it perfect for skiing and snowboarding. Elle was an incredible host—so kind, responsive, and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and her hospitality truly made our trip even more special. We honestly can’t thank her enough! If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay near Beech Mountain, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!
