If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. There is a kitchen, dining / living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom with a comfy double bed, 1 bathroom and a private patio area, all accessible on one floor. Up to 2 well behaved four legged friends are welcome.

This is our charming little townhouse in Hull. It’s in the Dukeries area just off the bustling Prince’s Avenue, which has cafes, bars and independent shops. We’re five minutes’ drive from the town centre in one direction, and five minutes from both the university and the KC stadium in another. There is free on-street parking outside. Inside there is ample space for a family or two couples, with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two guest bedrooms.

Located on a quiet street with views overlooking the beautiful Minster, the property provides 3 bedrooms catering for up to 6 guests and has off street parking for 3 cars. A short walk will take you into the Town Centre where you can explore the many shops, bars and restaurants. Walk the opposite way and you are into country lanes and open fields.

The house is situated less than a minute’s walk from the historic market town’s train station and only a two-minute walk from the town centre.
