Welcome to your home away from home in the charming village of Clinton, NY! This three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is the perfect family-friendly retreat, offering a blend of comfort and village living. Explore picturesque Clinton, known for its historic architecture, boutique shops, and vibrant community. Just steps from the house! This house is also conveniently located near Hamilton College and a short drive from Colgate University, Utica University, Wynn Hospital and Turning Stone Casino.

The Barn on Evergreen Farm

Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath ranch has an open layout with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all open to one another. The master bedroom is huge with a newly installed king size bed, desk, and comfortable chair. The master bathroom has a shower with seat, no tub. The master bathroom can be accessed from the hallway as well. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The couch in the living room has a pull out bed as well.

The Main Street Market- I-90 (Utica/ Rome)

Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

This is a one bedroom detached apartment. Entry through the garage. The apartment has it's own garage parking and a 3 season screened porch. There is a full kitchen, private bathroom with a tub, one queen bed and one futon in the living area. Large cedar closet. We are located less than one mile from Hamilton college.
