It takes 3 - 4 min walk from the station to the house. There are convenience stores, grocery stores and local restaurants nearby! The house is 5 minutes from Hineno station which is 2 stops from the airport, 40 minutes to Tennoji or 55 minutes from Umeda, 1hr 56 min from Shirahama- all on the JR line. You are reserving the whole house. AEON shopping mall is across the road! Families are welcome, we have some toys for kids as well as utensils. There is a TV in the living room Kitchen amenities are available (utensils, pots/pans, plates) and an oven!

西村邸は、奈良町の一画に100年以上たたずむ、昔ながらの奈良町屋です。 ここは、ぼくが子どもの頃、長い時間を過ごした「おばあちゃんち」でした。 奈良町には、ずっと変わらない心地よい鄙(ひな)びがあります。 「これからの世代に、少しでもこの心地よい鄙(ひな)びにふれて欲しい。」 そんな想いで、空き家になっていた西村邸を、手入れしました。 - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

Please try it and you like it. *It's about 20-minute ride from KIX airport and 5-minute walk from the nearest station to get to the apartment. *We have no parking space. Just a 3-minute walk from the train station. Hop off your train and step outside the station in just a few steps, completely stair-free. The train passes close enough to see from the front of our house, yet far enough that you won’t hear a single sound.
