Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway cabin situated 5 min. from downtown Terrace. Nestled among a cedar and spruce grove this cabin looks out over the Skeena River with a beautiful view of Sleeping Beauty Mountain. Two bedrooms with loft and fully equipped kitchen with natural gas heat and wood stove make this an excellent adventure getaway. With direct access to the river you can step out the door and cast a line. A perfect spot to stay after an amazing ski day at Shames Mountain.

Seymour Lake Guesthouse

This private timber-framed guesthouse is a stone's throw from Seymour Lake and a ten minute drive from downtown Smithers. It has beautiful wood furnishings, a king-sized bed, a fully-stocked kitchen, and is situated on a large forested property. Our place is perfect for couples looking to get away; fishers, hunters, and skiers searching for a home base; and travellers wanting to experience the British Columbian wilderness. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate kids due to the lake front access.

Our bungalow is close to Rushbrook Harbour, and would be no more than 10 minutes walk from the heart of Prince Rupert's tourist area, the quaint marine shopping and dining village of Cow Bay. Easily accessible to all fishing charters. You’ll love the bungalow because of the light and the high position on the hill, equipped with new kitchen appliances and a brand new bath and shower unit. Our place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Our Airbnb is within driving distance to several popular hikes, lakes, coffee shops, and the local Ski hill. An ideal base to explore Terrace. Your hosts know the area well and can provide plenty of intel for your next adventure.

Historical Hunter's Cabin in Terrace -Pet Friendly

Once a 1920's warming hut for trappers, this cabin has been transformed into a cozy retreat perfect for adventurers and travellers, only 10 minutes from downtown Terrace. With a simple open layout and memory foam bed, it is comfortable for couples or solo travellers. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, mini fridge, and coffee maker, while the bathroom features a stand-up shower and heated floor. This cabin offers a unique mix of historical charm and modern comfort.

The Aerie Beach Cabin

Enjoy the beach with a 180 degree ocean view. perched atop the sand dunes the Aerie features west and north facing windows allowing you to see the surf almost anywhere in the cabin. The Aerie is a state of the art off-grid cabin featuring indoor bathroom with compost toilet and heated shower. For heat this cabin has thermostat controlled hydronic base board heaters and a wood stove for secondary heat or romantic evenings. The Aerie is the closest you can get to the beach!

Cozy A-frame Cabin.

Our cozy A-Frame cabin is located in a wooded suburban neighborhood across from our home and hobby farm. Just minutes from DT Terrace it offers a clean, comfortable space with a queen sized bed in the loft and full sized pull out couch below. Please be aware that the loft is accessible by ladder-like stairs as shown in the photos that are unlikely to accommodate your pet and may be difficult for very small children or people with mobility issues.

Kathlyn Creek Cottage in Smithers B.C.

A few acres just minutes from Smithers downtown. The Cottage's vista views up to Hudson Bay peaks. Kathlyn Creek meanders through the property, making for a great summer and winter retreat. It may be a "wee" Cottage, but a kid's loft and en-suite bedroom make for a cozy getaway for a family of 4 or friends. Kids under 3 stay free. The kitchenette is stocked for your first couple of breakfasts, including daily fresh eggs.

Garden House on the Farm

The Garden House has been recently renovated to be modern and cozy, while still embracing its 1930’s farmhouse charm. Well suited to couples, adventurers, and short stay professionals. Kids and pets are welcome if suitable. 10 minutes to Downtown Terrace, 20 minutes to the airport, 45 minutes to the ski hill. Strict no smoking on property. Not suitable for parties or loud music.

Chy Tonn ('Wave House')

This lovely cabin sits on two wooded, secluded beach-front acres in Naikun Park. The warm and cozy 600 sq ft modern off-grid home is made for days on the beach and quiet reflection. After swimming in the sea rinse yourself in the hot outside shower and then sweat in the wood fired sauna before checking your email or settling down to read by the wood burning stove.
