It’s close enough to everything, but far enough in the tranquility of the woods. 10 minutes to DT Cle Elum. 15 minutes to DT Roslyn. 20 minutes to Suncadia. 1hr 30min to Seattle.

Hop on the bike trails right from the house and explore all that Roslyn has to offer- Trust us, there's no better place to unwind!

The IvyWild - Apartment in Tudor Historic Home

A few years ago, I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. The apartment has its own entrance and lots of parking and even a private outdoor patio area. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.

This includes a studio style apartment with a couch, bed (queen) and a kitchenette. This studio has a spacious and private full bathroom attached. The bathroom includes a tub and a shower.

This secluded riverfront home is the perfect home to enjoy central Washington. Located just 10 minutes from Ellensburg, the "Yakima River Ranch" offers opportunities for fishing, rafting, hiking, swimming and biking as well as sight-seeing opportunities in nearby Roslyn to the west and the Yakima Valley wineries to the south.
