Fully equipped modern kitchen, living room, bedroom with skylight, Q-XL bed & en-suite bathroom. The cottage has AC, Wifi, smart TV (Netflix, Prime vid), an alarm and 24 hr patrol vehicle in this beautifull, quiet street of the neighbourhood. We are a young, lively family of 4 and some related sounds might be heard. Easy access to mountain for runs, walks, mtb.

Cape Point Mountain Getaway - Cottage

This is one of Cape Town's environmental and historic treasures. It is a candle-lit hideaway with stunning views of mountain and sea. The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

For the outdoor enthusiasts Helderberg provide trails for hiking and mtbiking and our dam covers swimming, rowing and sundowners.

La Vieille Cure

LaViellie Cure in one of the oldest house in Franschhoek, built earlier than 1850 and declared National Monument in 1981. The cottage has its own private entrance and cozy courtyard with mountain view and pergolas at the front and back patios. The inside is characterised by a spacious open studio that retains the historical features with an added touch of modernity. The historical cottage is at walking distance from restaurants and from the wine tram station and many others amenities!!

The Aloe Suite is nestled in the leafy neighbourhood of Courtrai in Southern Paarl. The double story space includes a kitchen, lounge and dining area on the lower level.Upstairs you’ll find a bedroom, en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. Guests have a private entrance,patio and barbeque area and shared use of the pool . There is parking on the premises, TV (with netflix ) and Wi-Fi. Laundry can be arranged at a fee. Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

Heidi’s Barn, Franschhoek

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.
