Villa Maria with private pool | Aspalathos Villas

Villa Maria, Villa Vaggelio & Villa Argyro All three villas have been constructed with respect to Cretan architecture based on wood and stone. Each villa is 70sq.m and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, with a large refrigerator and an electric stove with oven and four outbreaks. It is equipped with all the necessary electrical and domestic appliances such as toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, juicer, and teapot. The kitchen communicates with the dining room and a small living room. There are two bedrooms. The first one is consisted of a king size bed, a large wardrobe and its own balcony. The second one has two single beds and a fireplace for nice romantic nights. A large and beautiful bathroom with bath, closets, shelves and washing machine completes the cozy configuration of each villa. The central balcony is equipped with a comfortable seating where you can enjoy your drink or meal in front of the breathtaking view of the lush valley, while along the horizon you can see the long beach of Georgioupolis. In the surroundings of villa Maria there is a private pool (53sq.m), while villa Vaggelio has its own private pool (40sq.m). Villa Argyro, provides a newly built private pool from summer 2019. All villas have a BBQ in their gardens. Villa Emmanouela Villa Emmanouela is consisted of two floors connected by an external staircase. It is 150sq.m. Each floor has its own kitchen which is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove with oven and four outbreaks. It is also equipped with all the necessary electrical and domestic appliances such as kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, juicer, and teapot. In the first floor, the kitchen communicates through a big stone arch that closes with a door, with a living room with two sofa beds, TV and a fireplace for romantic nights. The bedroom has a king size bed and a big wardrobe as well as a balcony. There is a beautiful large bathroom with a bathtub, wardrobe and a washing machine that completes the parts of the villa. Finally, the central balcony of the first floor is equipped with a beautiful dining table where you can enjoy your drink or meal in the breathtaking view. In the ground floor, the kitchen communicates with a large living room in front of the pool, with view of the lush valley. There are two bedrooms. One with a king size bed and its own bathroom and the other one with two single beds. In the common area there is one smaller living room with a sofa bed and a second larger bathroom, fully equipped too. In the surroundings of the villa, there is a private pool (58sq.m). There is a BBQ made of stone and an outdoor dining room in the garden. Please note that only the ground floor of the villa is provided for reservations of up to 5 people.

Kores boutique houses - Ekaterini

The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Exactly like Le Corbusier's vision, this cabin is adapted in a scale of "Mediterranean balance", designed on the basis of the minimum possible dimensions and the maximum physical and spiritual comfort it could offer. The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.

Οι βίλες Vlamis αποτελούνται από 4 παρακείμενα διαμερίσματα και ένα ξεχωριστά, την Junior Villa. Η βίλα ανακαινίστηκε το 2023. Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.
