Step into one of the oldest homes in town, dating from 1884. Curated by the owners of the design studio Reykjavík Trading Co., The Garden Cottage has been completely remodeled to provide a unique feeling, with a lot of the furniture handmade or meticulously crafted and selected from their travels to California, Scandinavia & Mexico. The land behind The Garden Cottage is home to their designed greenhouse, communal garden, chickens and their most recent addition, The Shed which is their workshop / shop where you can visit for a coffee, buy pieces or see their process of making objects. Curated by the owners & designers of Reykjavík Trading Co. (an Icelandic / California homeware company) the Garden Cottage is their first project of creating a home space for guests to experience a unique & cozy feeling while visiting Iceland. The bottom floor of the 1884 built home has been completely remodeled for guests. Everything in the home has been either made by hand by R.T.Co. or selected from their collection of preferred products & appliances. Anthony Bacigalupo & Ýr Káradóttir, the owners of The Garden Cottage, live & work in the separate upper part of the historic home & their R.T.Co. workshop is located in the back of the garden for guests to visit, learn about the pieces being crafted, or just to have a cup of coffee. We wanted to create a place for guests to experience "slow living" & create a special stay. Having designed spaces for hotels, cafes, bars we decided to put our inspiration & collection into this project & build something completely one-of-a-kind in Iceland. The home was built in 1884 & we have been remodeling & bringing back the style it once was but also bringing back the garden & farm style that was once so prominent back in the day. We believe in hospitality to the fullest which sadly doesn't exist anymore in places. Since we live on the property we can answer any questions you have or have you in for a coffee if you need help deciding your journey in Iceland. The cottage is in the oldest part of Hafnarfjörður, a small harbor town. There are great farm-to-table restaurants, bakeries, live music, artist studios and swimming pools nearby. It’s conveniently located across the road from the town’s bus terminal. The house has three stories but is broken into two flats- we live on the upper floors with our children with separate driveway and front door- but we are here for anything you need or to have a coffee in the greenhouse! Our little town can be easily walked around & explored. Shuttle stops for airport & Blue Lagoon are 3 minutes walk next to the ocean & the bus terminal into Reykjavík is close as well.

Loftið is the name of this flat on 2nd floor, it is located in Bræðratunga in the outskirt of Mosfellsbæ, only 50 minutes drive from the International Airport. Loftið is surrounded with fir trees and birch, moss and mountains, with hiking trails all around, and near by is the lake Hafravatn. 2 km to the next grocery store, and 3 km to the center of Mosfellsbæ, where you can find a bakery, restaurants and library. About 600 meters to the bus stop, where you can take the bus to Reykjavík centrum.

Sif Apartments is a modern complex of minimalist designed apartments in central Reykjavik. A perfect location to explore the local sightseeing, and a stone's throw away from the best restaurants and bars of Reykjavik. Please note this is a multi-listing property, so there can be a slight difference in details between apartments. The apartments are on 2nd-7th floor, so the view is also different. After experiencing downtown Reykjavik, cook up a lovely meal and enjoy a drink on the balconies.

Welcome to our house! On the ground floor of our house, we've renovated a small private studio apartment, approximately 25sq.m., perfect for solo or duo travelers. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, it's only a short 5-minute drive to Reykjavik city center and only a 2-minute walk to the next bus stop. With amenities like free wifi, a washing machine, a small kitchen, and a Nespresso coffee maker, you'll experience Iceland while staying like a local in a central suburban area.

Modern 35 m2 studio in a residential neighborhood. It is located in a separate house on our private property. It has a huge garden, a private patio with a BBQ. It is very well equipped to make everyone feel at home away from home. Reykjavik centrum is 10 km away. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and cutlery. Sleeping arrangement is a queen size bed and a sleeping sofa with down duvets and pillows. The bathroom is nicely decorated with a large walk in shower and a washer/dryer

Aurora Horizon Retreat

A quiet and peaceful getaway with amazing ocean views. Located in the beautiful fjord called “Hvalfjörður”. Only a 45 minute drive from the capital. The interior was completely renovated in 2024. You can relax in the hot tub and enjoy amazing views of the horizon during the summer and you might see the northern lights during the winter. It's a perfect location for day trips to discover the Snæfellsnes peninsula and the silver circle and it's not far from the golden circle either.

Stunning villa with amazing 360 views, great location close to the golden circle and the capital region (only 30 min drive). The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10 people. Himri is very spacious (300 sqm) and has everything you could wish for - a fully equipped gym and game room, a sauna and a hot tub. We just bought the villa and just finished a complete renovation. A lovely newly renovated studio with a private entrance and a private patio.The apartment comes with a five passenger A Kia Sportage with four-wheel drive free for guests usage. The apartment is located only meters from the Atlantic ocean at the small boat harbor and around 10 minutes drive from the centrum. The apartment has a double bed as well as a sofa bed suitable for two adults. In the apartment you will also find cutlery both for children and adults.

Small toilet and the shower is in the laundry room. The space is ideal for 2 people. The house is close to Hamraborg bus station (10 minutes walk), local swimming pool (called "Sundlaug Kópavogs" which we highly recommend), Sky Lagoon, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and more.
