The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. V poletnih časih se na glavnem trgu odvijajo koncerti kar lahko poslušate iz stanovanja. Mestna plaža, promenada in marina se nahajajo v radiju 300 metrov.
