if you're looking for a peaceful weekend, this is the place to be. Roshin was very helpful and friendly, made us amazing local breakfast and barbecues at night.

We had such a great stay at Ajesh’s place. We stayed in the cave room. It was magical. The private pool with the waterfall was incredible. We would highly recommend the candlelight dinner. Dinner was sumptuous it was the highlight of the trip. With so much to do around within the property, Ajesh is the perfect host so welcoming we felt right at home.

The property is well maintained and everybody was responsive, helpful and proactive. We loved the place and enjoyed every moment. Our kids were literally in the pool for 3-4 hrs everyday. We would recommend this place anyday. We had a wonderful holiday.

Bhadra Estate is a beautiful villa tucked away from the city, surrounded by peaceful coffee plantations — a perfect getaway to relax in nature. The villa is designed thoughtfully, with large glass windows that bring the outdoors inside. Even during peak summer, the place stayed cool & airy. The private pool & the little stream right in front made it feel like we were living right in the middle of nature, surrounded by the calming sounds of water & birds. The villa itself is very well designed, blending modern comforts with natural surroundings. Mr. Sai Das was extremely friendly & our parents really enjoyed chatting with him whenever he dropped by with food. (Which was delicious, with plenty of options & snacks) He also went out of his way to get some jackfruits to take on moms request & arranged for Prince to drive us back to Kannur. Overall, a must-visit place not just for the beautiful villa, but also for the warmth & hospitality of the people there. (Sai & caretakers Jishnu,Prince)

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! The place was neat and clean, and its location near the falls made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. One thing to note, though, is that if you’re tall, the A-frame tent might not be the best fit as you’ll need to bend while moving between the ends. However, there are other tent options available that you can try for a more comfortable experience. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Jerry, a hardcore naturalist who hosted us and made our Waynad trip more exciting. The property is well maintained and esthetic. The property is full of experiences. Jerry himself took us to his coffee plantation and a beautiful lake inside the property with his own car. We did Kayaking in his private lake and it was a wonderful experience. Sagar, his assistant, is polite and took us for a morning walk. We were able to spot birds and malabar giant squirrel. The food was amazing. Highly recommend for a perfect weekend getaway and family get togethers.

Séjour d'une nuit seulement, vraiment trop court à mon goût, mais ce fût de qualité dans son ensemble. Cet endroit est à la fois génial, ressourçant et attachant. Famille sympathique, souriante chaleureuse et très active (j'ai aussi très apprécié qu'elle s'offre à faire ma lessive). Magnifique petite maison, bien décorée et j'ai bien apprécié pouvoir occuper le 2e étage avec la mezzanine qui sert de chambre à coucher, ainsi que le balcon entouré d'une riche végétation. La ventilation et plusieurs fenêtres aux 4 coins de la maison permettent une bonne aération, en plus d'offrir une belle luminosité. Tous les appareils et installations sont parfaitement fonctionnelles. Excellente connexion WI-FI. J'ai pu le lendemain matin à mon départ déguster un bon jus d'orange frais au bar à jus juste en face.
