It has a fireplace, which is used as a main heating source, a terrace, sauna and a barbeque. In cold weather a fireplace will create a warm atmosphere and the live fire will make your vacation comfortable and cozy. A 5-7 minute walk away there is a bus station, Saaremaa Veski restaurant and the central square with cafes and shops.

Meie väike armas korter asub mönusalt vaiksel tänaval bussijaama ja taksopeatuse vahetus läheduses. Kesklinnas asuvad kohvikud ja restoranid on umbes 7 minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Korter on renoveeritud täielikult 2019 aastal, 2024 värskendasime värvi seintel ning lisasime köögikapid koos kraanikausiga et oleks veelgi mugavam. Kööginurgas on veekeetja ja väike induktsioonpliit. Aias on ka kena nurgake kus sumedatel suveõhtutel istuda.
