Renta de departamentos vacacionales en La Roca del Vallès

Excelente ubicación y muy cómodo departamento, fuimos con mi hijo de 6 años y todo estaba cerca para ir caminando o tomando el Metro que estaba justo bajo el departamento. Habían bares, cafeterías y restaurantes cerca para todos los gustos y Mathieu nos dió muy buenas recomendaciones. Fue nuestra primera experiencia en Barcelona y sin duda repetiriamos el lugar

We were in Barcelona as 3 couples staying 3-6 nights, the apartment was most of all very clean and nice beds + Sheets. They were big and comfortable enough to share one sheet per double bed and from great quality. The bedrooms are all in a row and it gets a bit stuffy quite fast but there is an air condition and we just ventilated a lot. The windows are very new and noise cancelling. There is a big kitchen with a lot of stuff already in there so you can cook. Great restaurant tips from Didier! Thank you!

Allereerst, wat een prachtig uitzicht! Wij hebben het apartement gebruikt als uitvalsbasis naar Barcelona. Tip is wel om dan de auto te pakken naar beneden (en weer om omhoog) als je de trein naar Barcelona wil pakken. Want het apartement ligt op een berg. Vandaar het uitzicht ;) Als je direct beneden parkeerd is het gratis en er is dan een loopbrug over de drukke weg bij het station. Goede verbinding met de trein naar Barcelona (30 a 40 minuten). Het strand is ook mooi en schoon. Alberto hebben wij als een fijne host ervaren. Zeer attent via de chat!

This is a wonderful refuge - the townhome is modern and beautifully renovated and spacious. It's an easy walk to two different metro stops which connect u to the heart of Barcelona. (We bought the 48 hr metro pass which gave us unlimited metro use which was perfect for touring around the city.). The main bathroom shower is amazing - and lots of closet space available. We loved the big Krups orange juice machine - we bought fresh oranges at the market down the street and had perfect fresh squeezed juice each morning along with our espresso. If you're driving here - be sure to let the hosts know and they can give u offsite parking instructions for a place you can make a parking reservation.

Mikael se mostró amable y predispuesto desde que llegamos al alojamiento. incluso nos llevó a la estación de tren a la hora de irnos. recomiendo 100×100 el lugar, es maravilloso y hay una paz increíble. Nos invito a su clase de yoga.

Der Check-in mit Roger war super. Er hat uns alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und uns Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Barcelona gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte eine schöne Einrichtung. Besonders die zwei Bäder waren von großem Vorteil. Die Gegend, in der die Wohnung liegt ist sehr schön und man kann alles gut erreichen. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt bei Roger sehr gut gefallen. Besonders zu dem Preis ist die Wohnung eine absolute Empfehlung.

Fantastic flat! Very clean and well appointed with everything we needed and more for a very comfortable stay! Well located in the old town, a minute from the beach with an amazing roof terrace and great views! Nik was a superhost, incredibly helpful and responsive with all the information we needed. Definitely recommend this place!

The location in Barcelona is amazing. The apartment is exceptional. Everything we could have asked for or needed was available in the apartment. The balcony was wonderful to have. The hustle and bustle of the city seems so far away in the apartment. So so so nice!! 5 out of 5 but with 1 complaint: the check in procedure is tough because the check in location and apartment are not at the same location. Parking is crazy in Barcelona so trying to find parking in two locations is a seriously difficult.

Had a great ten days enjoying the local area and central Barcelona. The flat was modern and perfect for our needs. The garden area was amazing and the jacuzzi a highlight of the trip. Great local restaurants and bars and we enjoyed Vilanova beach. I’d recommend the place.

Best place I’ve ever stayed. Other reviews already cover Susana’s incredible hosting, the unbeatable location, and the amazing walkability—so I won’t repeat all that. Instead, I’ll just add a few details that others might’ve missed: 1. Plenty of toilet paper provided. Nothing humbles a traveler quite like having to ration TP, and thankfully, that wasn’t an issue here. 2. The soft, fluffy towels were a true luxury. Way above the usual Airbnb standard. and amen for water pressure. 3. Staying on this iconic street made me feel FANCY. As a tourist, I’ve never really had that “rich person” feeling before, but more than once I caught myself thinking, “So this is how the other half lives.”

Tout correspond parfaitement à la description, si ce n’est plus. Énormément d’équipements à disposition (plancha, ect) Hôtes super accueillants et nous avons pu compter sur leur bienveillance, villa et piscine superbes, jacuzzi au top. A proximité de la plage, des super paysages. Je recommande à 100%

This by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at in an amazing setting.

Bel appartement,très bien placé. A quelques pas de la plage et avec une vue magnifique sur les canaux. Très fonctionnel. Petit plus la terrasse a l'étage avec jacuzzi et lit baldaquin.. sans vis à vis . Top pour profiter du soleil ou du coucher du soleil . Hôte très sympas et très réactif. Logement géré par une conciergerie qui sont aussi agréable et sympa. Et de très bon conseil des 2 . Je recommande et je reviendrais avec plaisir

We had a fabulous week long stay with our 6 month old baby. Paco had everything we needed which made packing a breeze. He was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. Great launching point to all that Barcelona has to offer!
