It has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area (with small sofa bed), a double bedroom, a twin room, bathroom & toilet. It is comfortably furnished and the balcony offers amazing views of the mountains. There's also a fully equipped bicycle work room with tools, racks & storage for bike boxes, and a secure ski cave for skis/boots.

This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Our luxurious chalet is the perfect base for your winter or summer holidays in Chatel and the Portes du Soleil area. The chalet boasts a spacious lounge with log burner which offers superb valley views through large picture windows. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, 5 en-suite bedrooms, sauna, hot-tub / jacuzzi, mezzanine area above the lounge, ski-boot heaters. There is underfloor heating throughout the chalet. Not suitable for parties or excessive noise, as the owners live next door.

Entre La Chapelle d'Abondance et Chatel, idéalement placé pour ne pas faire la traversée aux heures d’influences... Arrêt de navettes gratuites en saison à 100 m. via Chatel, le Linga ou La Chapelle d'Abondance.

Our house is the starting point to one of the best walks in Switzerland (according to Lonely Planet) and can take you to the emerald waters of Lac Tanay. In the winter, your family can enjoy the 250-meter long bunny hill ski slope just 100 meters away. I think 'absolutely quaint' is the best description.
