Booked Michael’s place to finish off spring break week with my out of town family. We had a great time and a lot of fun in the pool! It had plenty of space for our group. Thank you!

The homes are well furnished with a cool aesthetic that leans more streamlined and modern. The kitchens are outfitted with quality supplies - nice weight on the pots and pans and plenty of them. Didn’t have to buy one thing related to the kitchen/bathrooms. The bedding/beds are lovely. The living spaces are a little smallish for the number of bedrooms, but love the huge dining tables with room for all. Great for family games AC worked well especially given the heatwave. Water temperature and pressure was GREAT There are a few small holes from repair/replace that aren’t fully finished and the security fence is like 8ft tall and creates a bit of a maze - neither of these would prevent me from renting again.

The inside was more than accommodating Linens and bedding - awesome !!! - extremely comfortable and Very Clean !! - coffee, creamers available - spectacular views ! The only flaw, the outside yard - very much in need of maintenance - pool Needed to be cleaned Great location

Beautiful house with plenty of space.

Everything was perfect. Great place to entertain a few friends. Super nice outdoor space. The casita was a special feature that we ended up needing after-all. Overall this place was perfect for what we wanted to do and was a nice sanctuary for when the day was over.

Carlos and Sarah’s listing was magnificent! The hospitality was great and the house gives that perfect family atmosphere. Far enough from the city where there isn’t too much traffic but close enough to make last minute plans in downtown!

We had such a wonderful stay and will be back! It’s an awesome house with so many amenities to make it an extra special home away from home. The pool, hot tub, beautiful back patio, dart board and pool table were all well utilized during our stay. Anthony was responsive and helpful, and I loved the laminated book with information about the house as an extra special touch. Others have noted the challenge of having to contact the host to turn on the hot tub, which isn’t ideal, but I found that Anthony typically responded in 30 minutes or less. We loved our experience and the memories we made!

This house is amazing! Our group of 9 fit perfectly—even all together in the pool! The location is excellent for getting to downtown. We had another house cancel on us two weeks before our trip and Kyle totally saved us!

Great location, always love staying at this building when visiting Austin. Shruti was an awesome host!

Bre’s place is great! I’ve booked it multiple times and always check to see if it’s available when I travel to Austin. Great location, safe building, beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend staying at Bre’s!

I had a great time, liked the location, there are lots of coffee shops, lovely restaurants, markets, bars at walking distance. There’s a trail access 2 min away from the airbnb. Beautiful apartment in 11th floor with good view. The only downside was that it was advertised as a having two beds and in reality is only a one bedroom with a normal bed and then a sleeper sofa, which had a very slim and uncomfortable mattress, but I was able to communicate this with Himesh and he was very responsive and allowed me to borrow a memory foam layer topper to place on the mattress. The other feedback I had was to include more information in the listing regarding parking, we learned until we got there that the building only offers valet parking at $40 nightly fee, if we wanted to park our car we had to look for parking in the area, which was challenging due to construction and not many options.

Erin’s condo is perfect for a weekend get away! It’s clean, comfortable and super convenient to all things HSB! However, the property is not the star…..Erin is the superstar! She is SO helpful and easy to communicate with! Thank you so much!

Jason was super responsive. Greta coffee shop downstairs. Safe and secure location. Easy and walkable area right by the path. The unit itself is perfect and as described. All around a great stay

Amazing Airbnb!!! This unit has the perfect view of downtown from the balcony and was very comfortable to stay in. Another major pro was the easy street parking (very affordable) and the hosts who were extremely responsive. Will be back!

We loved our stay at Mike’s place. The pool and spa were such a treat! House had everything we needed and beds were super comfy. We liked the house so much that we didn’t go anywhere the first evening and the next morning. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a lovely dinner and big brunch the next morning. The back porch for coffee and the inviting pool kept us very relaxed. We have stayed before and we will definitely stay again! Mike is a super responsive and communicative host with a lovely home! Check-in and check-out were a breeze!

This is my second time staying here and it only gets better! I can’t recommend Burnett’s place enough for a relaxing home with amazing amenities.

We had a variety of ages for family members staying for our daughter's college graduation. The house was well-appointed, and perfect for our multi-generational needs. I cooked 4 large meals in the beautiful kitchen...but happened to forget a lot of the cooking and serving-ware I planned to use. Shanna's place ended up having everything I needed! (And the two dishwashers were clutch!) My in-laws commented numerous times that the layout was incredible, and we're discussing coming back for gatherings more often. This place is great for families! Loved our experience.

Angelita's place is a hidden jem. She was communicative from our first message and provided recommendations for what to do/see in the area. She was an amazing host. The house was pristine, very comfortable and as pictured. Thank you Angelita!

I’ve been to all 50 states and several countries and this is hands down probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The location is literally unbeatable. It’s a private/secluded setting but walkable to zilker, and a short drive to 6th/Rainey, S Congress, etc. It seemed like the hosts responded before I could even hit the “send message” button if we had any questions. The home was spacious, updated, and every square inch was in pristine condition. The pool was fantastic and shaded so we didn’t fry in the Texas sun. They had a bunch of games, books, and toys for kids. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
