Guest has the option to check in at 8 am and check out at 12 noon, or check in at 2 pm and check out at 12 noon. Contact the host on your preferred time. We give weekly and monthly discount. We provide Pili airport transfer for 3,000 one way.

The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk to CWC (CamSur Watersports Complex); a 10-15 minute drive to Naga City; and a 5 minute drive from Naga Airport. It is a new property. Amenities include a hot shower, kitchen, dining area, workspace, living room, ref,among others. You can cook in the kitchen. Usually it can house 2 guests, but it can fit 3 or 4 (you must request for an extra bed). There is a cleaner who comes by regularly. It is in a quiet and spacious neighbourhood.
