There is access to horse tails near by and walking distance from the cozy gem of a town. The lake is directly in front of the cabin and has public access right down the road. This is the perfect budget friendly get away for a family or a great place to lodge for hunting and fishing. Great in the summer and the winter! This spacious 3rd level attic suite contains two large rooms (a bedroom and living space). The abundance of natural lighting, private porch, and private entrance (you will walk through host's kitchen) will make for a one-of-a-kind stay. The suite is located downtown within walking distance of great bars and restaurants. Note: There is a cat in the home.

Cozy and Small near DT Brookings

This is a small space in a duplex home near downtown Brookings. It boasts a stand up washer and dryer, and a queen bed! The space is perfect for one person traveling, a couple or a couple of people coming to town to work. The second room has a twin in a very small space, should a second person want a bed or a third person possibly. Our hope is to offer an inexpensive location for people that are traveling to town, working temporarily in town, or need a quick stay on their way somewhere.

Historic 1880 Settler Cabin, Merryweather Farm

Merryweather Farm is a peaceful place on the open prairie. We raise organic garlic, apples, orchard pork, free-range chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and charming, lovable dogs and cats. Our goal is to provide a true pioneer experience with just a bit of comfort added. 1880 Norwegian Settlers Cabin is not modernized, attached barn has been rebuilt into uninsulated screen porch. Cabin has great old iron bed, loft has twin bed, screened in porch has day bed. Private modern bath included.

Convenience store and Hillside restaurant located within walking distance. Lakes Golf Course is 1.4 miles away.

Welcome to the Lookout Loft Treehouse! Find a retreat in this peaceful hilltop oasis just a short 20 min drive out of Sioux Falls, SD. Sleep in the clouds on your dreamy pillow top mattress, wake up to stunning 360 degree views overlooking the surrounding countryside. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the wraparound deck, a propane fire on the mid-level deck and a dip in the hot tub at ground-level. Space includes a kitchenette, bathroom, and sleeping quarters, with AC and heat.

Terry's Place Retreat - Lake Campbell Cabin

Relax on the deck facing Lake Campbell and take in a beautiful sunset - go fishing off the dock or stroll along the two acre property with cattails at the back of the property. Ideal for ice fishing in the winter and fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming and water sports in the summer. Walking distance from public beach and Kattails Resort (bar, restaurant, convenience store). 2 kayaks are available for use. Close to public boat access.

3-Bedroom House on Lake Poinsett

Escape to the lake! Come out and relax with family and friends! Year-round enjoyment - swimming, open water fishing, kayaking, ice fishing, snowmobiling and more! You will have private access to the lake with a dock. The dock is generally in the water May through Labor Day. Note: There are several stairs required to get down to the dock. Boat ramp and shared public beach nearby. Floating water mat available.
