It is located less than 15 minutes from charming Downtown Snohomish and Boeing and within 30 minutes of Seattle. With the occasional visit from deer and other wildlife, and farm fresh eggs from our chickens, you'll feel like you're in the country with the convenience of being in town.

When you step outside you are treated to views of hot air balloons in the morning and sky divers throughout the day when the sky is clear.
