Easily accessible all four seasons, the apartment is the entire first floor, with private ground-level entrance. Dedicated parking for two cars, though not large enough for trailers. Not suitable for children under 12. Due to the quiet vibes of the neighborhood, motorcycles are discouraged.

Walk to Main Street from this Hip Studio Apt

Waynesville is alive and well after the devastating floods that hit our area on September 27 last year. Our property survived with just a little damage to the grounds, and Main Street along with all of its shops, restaurants, bars, galleries, etc. are open and welcoming visitors as always. You will see debris on the curbs all around town but the cleanup is happening and things are looking better every day!
