There is a patio and a firepit in a shared courtyard area and quite front porch. The home is a half mile from downtown Waynesville in a quiet neighborhood.

Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!

Lake Junaluska Bungalow

You will feel right at home in this Lake Junaluska Bungalow. Located on a peaceful, quiet street, this immaculately clean and fully renovated house offers everything to make your trip to Lake Junaluska both comfortable and relaxing. Although there is plenty to see in the area (with Waynesville, Blueridge Parkway, Maggie Valley and Asheville all nearby) you can also use this home as a peaceful getaway. Cozy up in our newly renovated 1940’s creek side cabin. The back yard over looks Pisgah National Forest! Hike from the neighborhood trail into Pisgah, or drive 4 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Take a hot bath in our outdoor clawfoot tub and enjoy the sounds of the rushing creek. Try out the sauna and cold plunge in the creek! Just a 25 minute easy drive to Asheville. The Farm House

Fall is here and the leaves are starting to change at the Farm! This barn has been converted to a delightful, cozy farm house where guest come not only for the stay but also for the experience! It’s been said “there’s a bit of magic in the air” as you meander the long wooded drive through our private 33 acres to the house where our horses greet you upon arrival! This is the perfect place to call your home away from home.
