This is a newly constructed cabin done to luxury standards and is located on our farm down a private road, situated at the northern end of Flathead Lake. The views are spectacular as you can enjoy 360 degree views of the valley, Flathead Lake, Glacier Park, The Swan Mountains, Blacktail Mountain and the big skies and stars of Montana. The only land in between our farm and the lake is a waterfowl preserve. Plenty of wildlife on the property and it is a wonderful spot to enjoy Flathead Valley.

There are many fun outdoor activities in the area including hiking, biking, kayaking, hunting, fishing, skiing, golfing, only 20-30 min away from two different hot springs, and an hour and a half away from Flathead Lake. With one queen bedroom, one bath, a living/dining room, pull out couch and loft with two queen air mattresses.

Exploring is endless in the Flathead with two ski mountain with in 20 mile and many hiking, biking and walking trails. A quick drive to Kalispell, Bigfork, Lakeside, Whitefish and Polson and just 40 miles to Glacier National Park. Public beach and boat launch is just two mile down the road. Go ahead bring your boat! Plenty of parking and a great turn around area on the property.

Cross country skiing from cabin, many quiet lakes in the area, Murray Lake perfect for paddleboards. With downtown Whitefish so busy, you will enjoy the tranquility. Your own BBQ, outdoor hot water shower and two SUP paddle boards are provided. 2 kayaks and a canoe also avail. Shared fire pit with firewood. The northern 100' of lake shore is more private and is set aside for clothing optional swimming, sunbathing and trail walking in 2 acres of woodland.

“Gee” side of Base Camp Bigfork Lodge

The lodge is divided into two separate sides however when you book, we block the other side for the duration of our stay. This allows us to not have to turn over the whole space but you still get it all to yourself. "The Gee Side" will be yours as well as the kitchen space. "The Haw Side" will be locked and unoccupied for your stay. This space serves as a perfect retreat for a couple to regroup between adventures.
