The place was great for our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, there is a grocery store right around the corner and the coded locks on the doors make it easy to come and go. The backyard is fenced which gives even more peace of mind. The kitchen was stocked with all essential dishes. Steven was super responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay, and he even gave some recommendations for places to eat and get coffee! Would stay here again for sure!!

My partner and I were visiting Eau Claire for the Eau Claire Marathon/Half Marathon. Jonathon's property is a perfect location for any future runners looking to participate in this event from out of town. It's a walkable distance from the race start/finish (no need to fuss with parking and road closures!) and both the full and the half go by the property so your family/support squat have an easy built-in location to cheer you on. There are a few steps to enter the front and back door, but there are handrails (good to know if your legs are sore the next day!), but otherwise the living space is all on one level. Bonus features about the property: the fenced-in back yard was GREAT for our dog and the bed is extremely comfortable!

This place is huge! Three floors of usable space and four large bedrooms plus an office space. It’s very quiet and peaceful with lots of natural light. It is a little far from town but that can be a plus if that’s what you are looking for. It was very family friendly. If you are traveling with someone who has mobility issues, there is a bathroom and bedroom on the main floor but no shower. There was a washer and dryer available for use. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the use of your property!

We had a lovely weekend! The place was cozy and clean, and the location was fantastic. The area around had lots to do, gorgeous neighborhood for walks with pups if your dog is joining. Would recommend!

Yalda's home was well-stocked and comfy, in a great location for easy access around the area, and *roomy*. The only slight hiccup was miscommunication on the front end between her cleaners, which meant that the house was not completely ready for us at check-in. HOWEVER, that issue was fixed quickly, and because we were local, the slight delay did not really inconvenience us - hence the 4/5 stars there. Everything us about the home was 5/5. And I cannot stress enough just how incredible it was to be able to bring our family pet with us for this stay, and how wonderful this home is for a pet. The fully fenced side/back yard is huge, and gave our dog tons of room to run around and get their zoomies out. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends!

A great little getaway for my daughter’s birthday. We loved the setup and the suggestions for what to do in the area. Fun, unique space, comfortable beds and great communication made for a lovely stay.

My wife and I loved staying at this beautiful house!! The house was extremely nice, the pool was incredible, and patio was very relaxing. The house was also perfectly clean and had a great ambience and decor. We thought the hosts were great and they did an amazing job making sure we enjoyed every aspect of our trip. Great place! Great views and very comfortable for our group of 8. Provided room to be together and space apart for individual quiet time if desired. Well appointed and well taken care of. Beau was very responsive, accommodating, and super friendly! This is our new go-to spot when visiting LC. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful apartment, comfortable stay, incredibly spacious unit, thoughtful furnishings, and wonderful amenities! No en-suite coffee despite coffee maker and filters in the kitchen, but a great alternative was the coffee machine in the lobby. Only one key fob, which was a bit inconvenient for 3 guests, but totally workable. Highly recommend, would absolutely love to stay here again!!

amazing, quiet home well located for any attractions. only issue was the front door and back door codes being swapped.

We were 11 adults and 2 kids. There’s enough space for everybody yet it still feels homey. The place is clean and instructions are easy to follow. The hosts are very responsive and made the stay delightful. Amenities are complete and made our stay convenient. 15 mins drive to Mall of America and a few minutes drive to the Eagan Outlet. We would recommend this place to a large group. Would come back if we get a chance!

Kayla is a very helpful and responsive host and the house was exactly what we needed for a month long stay in Eau Claire. The kitchen was well stocked, the office space was very useful and the laundry area was well set up. We definitely would've stayed longer if we could have.

This home is exactly as listed; Angel is just as friendly and helpful as her bio reads! The location of the home is perfect because everything in the town is minutes away, which made it super helpful for us since we needed to return throughout the day for various things. The place is so quiet at night; in the mornings we would open windows and listen to the little birds sing and watch the squirrels and bunnies in the front and back yards. Angel had everything we needed in the home as well. Thank you for such a warm and inviting place, Angel! I will tell anyone who comes to the area to reserve the place!

This is our second visit to Sarah’s beautiful home with our pups. We so appreciate all the beautiful furnishings and how much it feels like home. We love to cook all our meals and enjoy family movie time. The kitchen is so well appointed and open to the great room that it makes for fun downtime. This Airbnb is located in the beautiful Black River country surrounded by woods and wildlife. There is a wrap around deck to enjoy the views and relax and the interior is clean with modern amenities including satelite wifi that worked well for teaching my online class and video conferencing. The hosts were very responsive and helped us out with everything we needed. We were in the process of moving into a new home and needed a place to stay for 6 weeks with our pets. The location is something we may have never discovered on our own and fell in love with this part of Wisconsin.

We loved this gem! Theres is a doll - so welcoming! It’s hard to find a place so welcoming to dogs - but this place was truly dog heaven! Willow (the dog) showed us all the trails and kept an eye on Diesl (our dog). The apartment was comfortable, clean and relaxing. Had everything we needed and more! Thanks Theres and Willow!
