Additional vehicles must be parked in the village lot. Walk to downtown,10 miles to Lake Placid, plenty of outdoor recreation such as hiking and kayaking nearby. Access to the Adirondack Rail Trail is nearby. This space is suitable for three people comfortably. There is 1 Full sized bed and 1 twin bed.

Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.

Our cottage is located in the desirable Hillcrest neighborhood and is a short 6 min walk to downtown. Stroll three blocks, one through the park and you will be in the heart of downtown by the movie theater where there are plenty of restaurants and things to do.
