A terrific stay in Tauranga. Our young family of 3 felt comfortable the moment we arrived with a very warm welcome. The overall experience and amenities provide a calm, and restful stay, but also well situated for activities locally or if you prefer sightseeing in other regions for day trips. We found this home to be the perfect blend of access, privacy and convenience. Thanks Anita and Jon!

Tara was easy to deal with and place was clean and tidy. House had plenty of room and an excellent outdoor area including a pool to relax and refresh. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay at this property. The house is very spacious, and we appreciated its thoughtful layout. The children particularly enjoyed the pool each day. They are reluctant to leave and have been asking about the possibility of extending our stay. Had the next day been available, we would have gladly extended our visit by two additional days. Thank you, Serein, for your hospitality. We would be delighted to return in the future. My favorite area was the kitchen, as every essential was provided also in each room of the house.

Great location near Rotorua city center and all the tourist attractions. Minimal amenities but sufficient. Home was clean and comfortable.

Atiamurphy is one of the best AirBNB places we have stayed at. Service provided, Host Communication and the Location, is perfect, for me at least. kids will have a blast, parents will get their peace, and travellers will scratch that itch whilst here! Let me just say, if i am ever in Tauranga again (from Florida), I know a fantastic B&B. Laura is a warm and welcoming host and her accommodation is clean, stylish, and comfortable. She is a detail person and it shows. We loved the neighborhood. Mount Maunganui was an easy drive and a great hike. The hot water pool at the base was relaxing. Laura cooked for us one night after a full day of activity. Delicious. Our stay at Laura's was a highlight of our NZ holiday.

Quirky fun layout. Very practical & roomy enough for 9 guests. The kids loved that the pool was available even though it was Easter weekend. Roszarri was very helpful and welcoming.

We had a lovely stay, complete with a tour of the farm and feeding the cattle and ducks - my kids thought that was amazing! Alison is fantastic with online communication, and was very patient with my excited children on the tour! Both Alison and Drew are lovely, and their property is immaculate. The house was well equiped with everything we needed, and very warm and comfortable. We would love to come back- especially in warmer weather so we can use the pool more!
