Docks to fish off of as well! 5 minutes to main part of town with stores, restraunts and bars. 22 minutes to Higgins lake 25 minutes to houghton lake. 7 minutes to Birch Pointe Golf Club. 15 minutes to Dream Golf Course. NO SMOKING IN THE PROPERTY. If the cleaner finds that you have smoked $300 fee will be charged
