Directly across the street from Tuxedo Park and 1/4 mile from Lake Summit. Bring your hiking or running shoes, bike or kayak! Well-behaved pets welcome. Easy access to US Highway 25. Greenville SC or Asheville NC are just an easy 30 minute drive.

***In 2024, we made extensive improvements! A brand new dock, new loungers and a hammock. A level 2 EV charger. We've updated the kitchen, including a new induction stove & cookware. Also some new mattresses and bedding. It's always been awesome, now it's really exceptional! This elegant, cozy home has everything you need to get away from it all. Nestled in the trees on the quiet end of the lake, you'll love watching the sunset from the screened-in porch or floating in the cool, clean water.
