Awesome place to stay at! Everything was perfect and Luis was a great Host being very communicative and making the stay super safe just like home. Will come back!

We had a great stay at this property! It's fully remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided, including nice bath towels (mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion, too), soft comfortable linen, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The property is steps away from Marine Avenue, the main street on Balboa Island, with great shops and restaurants. That being said, you are in a more vibrant and happening part of the island, which comes with a little more noise and traffic. We enjoyed being close to everything, walking around, etc. The host is responsive and super easy to work with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eric’s. It was just as he described it. He was very responsive to us and we loved being able to walk to the beach and to restaurants.

I stayed here on a work trip and the location was extremely convenient for me. The unit was clean and free of clutter. Ubers found the location easily.

This apartment was exactly what I needed. It had all the amenities to make my stay comfortable, and its location was unbeatable—close to everything! I especially loved walking around the neighborhood, which was super charming and full of character. The apartment itself was cozy and well-maintained, and working with the management company was seamless from start to finish. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Thank you Tower 17! :)

Loved our stay. Place was clean. One thing I would point out is that it a tri-level, 2 flights of wooden stairs. My parents would not have been able to stay with.

Great location on the quiet end of Balboa Island. 4 houses from the beach, 2 blocks from the ferry. Great outdoor front deck, perfect to hang out and have meals on nice days. Kayaks and bikes available for your use! Downstairs unit of duplex was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with everything you need. Owner very responsive to questions and needs. This is a great place, I can't wait to go back.

ive stayed in tons of airbnbs n this was genuinely my favorite one thus far as it was incredible in every aspect! it was clean, safe, exactly as described if not bigger than i imagined, and comfortable. Laura was also so wonderful to work with. She was so friendly and utterly helpful for my many questions — very accommodating to my needs as well! the price was great as well especially considering everything available to us. i would absolutely 100% return next time im in the area. 10/10 experience!

It was also in a perfect location—just 10 minutes from Disneyland—which made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. We stayed here for our visit to Disneyland, and it was on point. Close proximity, good kitchen, pleasant, and clean. A good value.

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

Perfect space for our family of 3 in a great neighborhood and everything we needed for Easter weekend! John was incredibly responsive and flexible with our stay and communication was excellent. The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Rebecca is a wondeful host! The condo is super clean and made me feel right at home. The artsy environment gave off a calming vibe. restaurants, coffee shops and more all within a 10 minute walk. I can't wait to book my next stay here.
